SAN ANTONIO (September 20, 2017) – The 2017-2018 Performance Season begins with the incomparable, Kenny Lattimore, Saturday, October 14 at 8 p.m. And he’s coming to The Carver in his only Texas stop, the day after his new album, “Vulnerable” is released. Lattimore showcases the same sultry, smooth and soulful voice his fans have grown to love.

Grammy Award-nominated singer/songwriter Lattimore’s influences have been gospel music and R&B/pop; listening to music icons such as Chaka Khan and Marvin Gaye. In addition to the Grammy-nominated “For You,” Lattimore’s body of work includes his critically acclaimed sophomore album From the Soul of a Man and two duet albums with Chanté Moore: Things That Lovers Do and the gospel/R&B double-CD Uncovered/Covered. Lattimore’s last solo project was the 2008 cover album Timeless. Mr. Lattimore has garnered Soul Train and Stellar Awards nominations as well as the NAACP Image Award for Best New Artist.
