SAN ANTONIO (April 12, 2019) — Residents are invited to register for a city-wide telephone town hall meeting on e-scooters and e-bikes taking place Tuesday, April 16 at 7 p.m. The telephone format allows residents to participate wherever they are, rather than taking time out of their hectic schedules to attend a meeting in-person.
During the telephone town hall, residents can ask city officials questions about e-scooters and e-bikes and share their feedback on the City’s dockless vehicle pilot program.
Those who register for the telephone town hall meeting at this link will receive a phone call when it’s time to join the meeting.
As e-scooters and e-bikes have become increasingly popular, the City of San Antonio is committed to striking a balance between innovative transportation options and providing safe, accessible sidewalks and streets. Residents can also take a survey about dockless vehicles at this link.
Feedback collected through the telephone town hall and survey will help inform changes to the Dockless Vehicle Ordinance. For more information about dockless vehicles, click here.
