Enjoy free movies every Tuesday in July at Travis Park’s Movies by Moonlight!


SAN ANTONIO (June 28, 2019) — The community is invited to attend events throughout the month of July at Travis Park, located at 301 E. Travis St.


Movies by Moonlight
Tuesday, July 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, Activities begin at 7 p.m.; movie begins at dusk
This FREE outdoor, family friendly event features a movie, food trucks and kids activities every Tuesday in July. Enjoy free parking after 5 p.m. at City operated garages, lots, and meters as part of Downtown Tuesday. Catch “Smallfoot” on July 2, “Enchanted” on July 9, “Up ” on July 16, “How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World” on July 23, and “WALL-E” on July 30. Eat & Play in Travis Park
Tuesday, July 16, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Fitness in the Park Boot Camp
Every Tuesday in July, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., FREE
Take your workout outdoors every Tuesday in July for Travis Park’s Fitness in the Park Boot Camp. Classes include a variety of activities geared towards increasing endurance, power, strength, stamina, and speed. Don’t forget your own reusable water bottle! Free and open to the public. Visitor Parking
There is ample parking near Travis Park. The City of San Antonio has several parking garages, lots and on-street meters nearby, with the nearest one being the St. Mary’s Street Garage on the corner of Travis and St. Mary’s, one block west of Travis Park. The St. Mary’s Street Garage offers $5 flat rate parking on non-event evenings and weekends. A full list of City-owned garages, lots and meters can be found here. Enjoy free parking after 5 p.m. at City operated garages, lots, and meters as part of Downtown Tuesday. In addition, there are numerous non-City owned lots and garages in the area where visitors can park for a fee, including the Travis Park Plaza Garage. For a map, click here.
