SAN ANTONIO (Dec. 9, 2019) - The City of San Antonio’s Transportation & Capital Improvements (TCI) wants to make your audience aware of a road closure at the intersection of De Zavala Road and Lockhill Selma Road.
At approximately 2:30 p.m., a City contractor hit and ruptured a SAWS water line during construction. Repairs are currently taking place but drivers will need to take a detour around the area. Repairs could take up to three days to complete. Traffic on De Zavala will be able to continue through the intersection. However, driver on Lockhill Selma Road will need to detour at Indian Woods Street. Drivers coming from Loop 1604 to Lockhill Selma Road will need to turn around to access a different route.
Uniformed officers will be in the area to direct traffic around the intersection. Please see the attached map for location details.
