City of San Antonio, Bexar County, San Antonio Food Bank will continue to operate bottled water distribution sites

SAN ANTONIO (February 26, 2021) — The City of San Antonio, Bexar County and San Antonio Food Bank will continue to operate bottled water distribution sites through March 6, 2021. Residents will be able to pick up one case of bottled water per day per household.
 
The hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Individuals may pick up one case of water per household per day.
 
 
Drive-Up Bottled Water Distribution Sites (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

  • Wheatley Heights Sports Complex – 200 Noblewood Dr.
  • Brooks – Challenger Dr. @ Research Place
  • Texas A&M University - San Antonio - Main Campus – One University Way

  • Six Flags Fiesta Texas – 17000 IH 10 West

The City will also continue to operate walk-up bottled water distribution sites at three senior centers. Due to the inclement weather, patrons will need to enter the building to receive their case of water. The sites will abide by COVID-19 safety protocols, including wearing masks and practicing physical distancing.

Walk-Up Bottled Water Distribution Sites (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

  • North East Senior Center 4135 Thousand Oaks Dr.
  • Willie M. Cortez Senior Center 5512 W Military Dr.
  • Normoyle Senior Center 700 Culberson Ave.

The City will also provide bottled water delivery to homebound seniors, San Antonio Housing Authority properties without water, nursing homes, boarding homes, some dialysis facilities and residents with medical needs. These locations have been identified and coordinated with partner agencies. Delivery availability is limited but can be requested by calling 311.

La Ciudad de San Antonio, Condado de Bexar, San Antonio Food Bank continuarán operando puntos de distribución de agua embotellada
 
La Ciudad de San Antonio, el Condado de Bexar y el Banco de Alimentos de San Antonio continuarán operando sitios de distribución de agua embotellada hasta el 6 de marzo de 2021. Los residentes podrán recoger una caja de agua embotellada por día por hogar.

 

El horario de atención será de 8 a.m. a 5 p.m. Las personas pueden recoger una caja de agua por hogar por día.

La Ciudad también proporcionará entrega de agua embotellada a las personas mayores confinadas en sus hogares, propiedades de la Autoridad de Vivienda de San Antonio sin agua, hogares de ancianos, pensiones, algunas instalaciones de diálisis y residentes con necesidades médicas. Estas ubicaciones se han identificado y coordinado con agencias asociadas. La disponibilidad de entrega es limitada, pero se puede solicitar llamando al 311.
