No Cost COVID-19 Testing Sites Remain Available to the Community

SAN ANTONIO (June 9, 2021) – Metro Health wants to remind residents about locations throughout the city where they can get a no cost COVID-19 test.
 
“Although the positivity rate has been under 2 percent for weeks now, we know the coronavirus is still circulating in our community. So for anyone who is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, we recommend you get tested to make sure you are not positive and help stop the virus from spreading,” said Dr. Colleen Bridger, Assistant City Manager.
 
The following sites offer asymptomatic and symptomatic COVID-19 testing. No appointment required.

  • Ramirez Community Center: 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Monday-Sunday (Beginning June 11); 1011 Gillette Blvd.
  • Cuellar Community Center: 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Monday-Sunday (Beginning June 11); 5626 San Fernando St.
  • American Legion Trailer: 8 a.m. to 6 p.5m. Monday-Sunday; 3518 Fredericksburg Road
  • Center of Advanced Wellness: 9 a.m.to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Closed Sunday. 8723 Botts Lane
