Programs & initiatives


The Office of Historic Preservation sponsors a number of programs and initiatives highlighting preservation throughout the community. This includes hands-on training and educational opportunities such as S.T.A.R. (Students Together Achieving Revitalization) as well as fund raising through the Power of Preservation Foundation, a coalition of agencies, private businesses and others promoting preservation in San Antonio.
