    Benito Medrano – September 2016

    It is with pleasure to announce our newest executive team member, Benito Medrano, the new Assistant Director for Customer Relations. Benito will be overseeing the customer facing area of our department and will be responsible for improving customer experiences, building customer loyalty, building and maintaining customer relationship strategies, and engaging with our customers. The areas that Benito will be overseeing include Help Desk, Technical Support, Technology End User Buying, Receiving and Distribution, Project and Portfolio Management, and the Fiscal divisions. The other IT executives and I will be working with Benito through the transitions of enhancing our customer relationships and the delivery of our customer facing services.

    Benito comes to us with over 20 years of vast array of IT experience which reflects a strategic technology leader with a record of achievement in managing teams in need of guidance, mentoring and leadership. Benito is driven by challenges and is undaunted by obstacles. He has a proven track record of taking business to the next level by focusing on business initiatives and capitalizing on employee strengths. I am very happy that Benito is joining us to oversee this important line of IT services.
