On December 9, 2010 City Council passed an ordinance that requires multi-family properties, such as apartments and condominiums, to provide recycling services for their residents.

Waste Hauler

  • Waste Hauler Registration Form : Waste haulers to provide recycling collection services must register with the city and are required to submit an annual report listing the amount of recyclables collected and the number of households serviced.

    Note: Waste haulers must be current on their waste hauler permit to be considered a registered waste hauler for recycling
